We're looking for a Contract Delivery Manager to join our team at Devonport Naval Base.
This is a pivotal role that sits at the centre of contract performance, service delivery and operational coordination. You'll work closely with operational leaders, supervisors and support teams to ensure maintenance programmes, compliance obligations, customer requests and service delivery targets are achieved.

About the role
As Contract Delivery Manager you'll oversee workflow management, service delivery performance, compliance activities, reporting and contract support functions across the site.
You'll be responsible for monitoring KPIs, identifying performance risks, supporting operational teams and ensuring customer expectations are consistently met.
Working closely with the Site Manager and site leadership team, you'll help drive operational performance, continuous improvement and service excellence across the contract.
What you'll be responsible for
- Monitoring contract performance against KPIs and service levels
- Coordinating workflow management and work order progression
- Supporting compliance, audit and quality assurance activities
- Leading and supporting Cleaning, Grounds and support functions
- Monitoring reporting, performance trends and operational risks
- Supporting customer satisfaction and service delivery outcomes
- Coordinating operational responses to workflow and performance issues
- Supporting contract administration, reporting and governance activities
- Building strong relationships with NZDF stakeholders and operational teams
- Driving continuous improvement across systems, processes and service delivery
What we're looking for
- Experience in facilities management, service delivery, contract administration or operational leadership
- Strong understanding of workflow management and performance reporting
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and service delivery activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with maintenance management or workflow systems
- Ability to identify risks, remove barriers and drive outcomes
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Full New Zealand Driver Licence
- Ability to obtain and maintain NZDF security clearance
