  • Supporting customer service excellence and operational responsiveness
  • Coaching team members and building capability
  • Monitoring reporting, records management and document control
  • Driving continuous improvement across workflow and administrative processes
  • Building strong relationships with operational leaders and customers

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience leading administration, finance, customer service or operational support teams
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience coordinating workflows or service delivery functions
  • A passion for developing people and creating high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using workflow or job management systems
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • A current Full New Zealand Class 1 Driver Licence and willingness to travel regularly between Ohakea and Waiouru
  • Ability to obtain and maintain customer security clearances

Experience within facilities management, operational service delivery or Defence environments will be highly regarded.

Why this role

  • Lead regional finance and administration teams across two sites
  • Build capability and drive service excellence
  • Enjoy variety through regular engagement across Ohakea and Waiouru
  • Play a key role supporting frontline operational delivery
  • Join a business committed to collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement
