For over 30 years, PAE has partnered with the New Zealand Defence Force, delivering facilities and asset management services that keep critical environments working and moving. It’s a relationship we’re incredibly proud of as it reflects the trust placed in us to deliver, every single day.
As a proudly iwi-owned organisation, we recognise our role as kaitiaki – guardians of the environments and communities we support and we’re committed to building strong, respectful partnerships grounded in manaakitanga.
We are seeking an Electrical & HV Supervisor to support operations on an NZDF site in Devonport.
You’ll lead high voltage and electrical operations, ensuring maintenance, compliance, and project activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard—keeping critical infrastructure operating reliably.
About the role
As an Electrical & HV Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of high voltage and electrical maintenance across site. This includes planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, inspections, compliance activities, and electrical project work, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, on time, and in line with statutory and operational requirements.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work closely with electrical team leads, electricians, HV technicians, subcontractors, and operational stakeholders to deliver reliable services and maintain operational continuity. You’ll also play a key role in developing team capability, maintaining workflow quality, and driving strong health and safety practices.
