Contract Coordinator

We're looking for a Contract Coordinator to join our Commercial team.

This is an opportunity to work at the centre of our contract governance and commercial operations, supporting the systems, reporting and processes that underpin successful contract delivery.

About the role

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you'll provide administration and coordination support across a diverse portfolio of contracts.

You'll work closely with operational leaders, finance teams, subcontractors and commercial stakeholders to ensure contract documentation is accurate, reporting is reliable, governance processes run smoothly and key commercial obligations are effectively managed.

This is a varied role that combines contract administration, reporting, procurement support and governance coordination.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Maintaining contract documentation, registers and commercial records
  • Coordinating KPI reporting and performance information
  • Supporting contract review meetings and governance forums
  • Preparing reports, agendas, minutes and action trackers
  • Managing contract variation and change request registers
  • Supporting procurement and subcontractor administration activities
  • Assisting with financial administration, cost tracking and reporting
  • Maintaining compliance records and audit-ready documentation
  • Supporting contract management systems and approval workflows
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the commercial function

What we're looking for

  • Experience in contract administration, project coordination, commercial support or a similar role
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to analyse information and identify inconsistencies or issues
  • A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership
  • Experience in facilities management, construction, infrastructure or service delivery environments would be advantageous
