We're looking for a Compliance Supervisor to join our team at Papakura Military Camp.
This is a varied role that sits at the centre of compliance, administration and operational support. You'll lead site administration functions while ensuring critical compliance obligations, records, reporting and documentation are managed accurately and effectively.

About the role
As Compliance Supervisor, you'll provide leadership and oversight across compliance administration, document control, reporting, subcontractor coordination and site support activities.
You'll work closely with operational teams, subcontractors and NZDF representatives to ensure compliance obligations are met, records remain audit-ready and information is available to support effective decision-making.
This role combines leadership, compliance coordination, reporting and administration in a fast-paced operational environment.
What you'll be responsible for
- Leading and supporting the site administration team
- Managing compliance registers, certifications and statutory records
- Coordinating Building Warrants of Fitness (BWOF), plant and environmental compliance activities
- Overseeing document control, record management and audit readiness
- Supporting subcontractor onboarding, compliance and site access requirements
- Preparing compliance, KPI and operational reports
- Coordinating audits, inspections and compliance reviews
- Maintaining compliance information within MRI and related systems
- Supporting customer, stakeholder and operational reporting requirements
- Driving continuous improvement across compliance and administration processes
What we're looking for
- Experience in compliance, administration, facilities management or service delivery environments
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong organisational and document management skills
- Experience managing compliance records, audits or certification programmes
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong written communication and reporting skills
- Confidence working with systems, data and reporting tools
- Ability to build positive relationships across operational and support teams
- Experience with BWOFs, facilities compliance or asset management systems would be advantageous
- Ability to obtain and maintain NZDF security clearance
