We're looking for a Support Centre Administrator to join our team at Waiouru Military Camp.
This is a fast-paced and varied role that sits at the centre of service delivery and customer experience. You'll be responsible for ensuring maintenance requests are actioned efficiently while providing a high level of service to customers, operational teams and suppliers.

As Support Centre Administrator, you'll play a key role in coordinating maintenance and service requests across one of New Zealand's largest Defence estates.
You'll receive and triage incoming work requests, schedule work, coordinate subcontractors, monitor workflow progress and ensure jobs are completed, recorded and ready for invoicing.
Just as importantly, you'll be a key point of contact for customers, helping manage requests, provide updates and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the lifecycle of each job.
Working closely with operational teams, suppliers and customers, you'll help ensure service delivery runs smoothly and contractual service levels are achieved.
