The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at RNZAF Base Woodbourne. This is a part-time role, between 15 and 18 hours per week, and we’re happy to offer flexible start and finish times to suit your lifestyle.
This role supports our site teams by keeping things humming behind the scenes. You’ll be part of a team who are the go-to for day-to-day admin, financial processing, and site coordination—and you’ll play a key part in ensuring everything’s in order and nothing falls through the cracks.
What You’ll Be Doing
Providing friendly, professional reception and admin support
Coordinating supplier invoices, purchase orders, and work orders
Supporting compliance processes, including H&S and quality documentation
Helping with timesheet processing and assisting with payroll input
Assisting the team with general office and facilities coordination
Managing site onboarding processes and keeping contractor compliance up to date
Supporting the Contract Manager and wider team with reporting and operational tasks
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience in an administration role—bonus points if you’ve juggled accounts or worked with work order systems
A proactive, can-do attitude with excellent organisation and attention to detail
A collaborative mindset and willingness to lend a hand where needed
Confidence with Microsoft Office and solid tech skills in general
A sense of pride in doing things properly, and a steady hand when things get busy
