What You’ll Be Doing
- Performing general carpentry and maintenance tasks to a high standard.
- Assisting in planning and delivering maintenance schedules.
- Ensuring tools, equipment, and vehicles are kept safe and operational.
- Collaborating with subcontractors and team members to meet project goals.
- Supporting health and safety initiatives to maintain a safe workplace.
What We’re Looking For
- A New Zealand Registered Building Qualification.
- Relevant trade-related experience in building and maintenance.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Resilience, flexibility, and a problem-solving mindset.
- A collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail.
- A full NZ driver’s license and the ability to obtain necessary security clearances.
