The Role
We are looking for a dynamic Learning & Development Advisor to join our People & Culture team. This newly created role is perfect for someone currently in a generalist HR position who’s eager to specialise or an experienced L&D professional seeking variety. You will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering high-quality learning and OD initiatives to meet the evolving needs of our business and its people.
With flexible working hours up to 30 per week, this role offers the ideal balance for if you are seeking part-time opportunities while contributing meaningfully to a growing organisation. You’ll need to be someone who thrives in an autonomous environment and is excited about rolling up your sleeves to get involved in everything from strategic planning to hands-on training delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop relevant training plans.
- Design, implement, and deliver leadership and operational training plans and programs.
- Lead the improvement and consistency of employee inductions.
- Work on diverse projects, from developing training materials to facilitating workshops.
- Advise and coach managers and staff to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs to ensure continuous improvement.
About You:
You might be working as an HR generalist looking to focus on L&D, or perhaps you’re a specialist keen to take on broader responsibilities. Either way, you’ll have:
- Strong project management skills and experience in delivering learning or OD programs.
- The ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for developing people and fostering an engaging learning environment.
- A collaborative approach with the confidence to work with a variety of stakeholders.
- A knack for working in environments where change is constant, and ambiguity is the norm.
