About the Role
As the Contract Delivery Manager, you will be the driving force behind the performance of our contracts. In this newly created role, you'll be responsible for overseeing contract deliverables, managing KPIs, and making sure everything runs like clockwork. This isn’t just a day-to-day role – it’s an opportunity to make a real impact! You'll collaborate closely with our clients and internal teams to maximise the value of our contracts for both PAE and our client, ensure smooth operations, and produce insightful, data-driven reports that showcase the success of our efforts.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with the operational delivery team to meet and exceed contract requirements while maintaining the highest standards.
  • Take ownership of client relationships, acting as the go-to contact for any contract performance queries and fostering long-lasting partnerships.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on KPIs, producing clear and engaging customer reports that demonstrate our commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Innovate! Identify opportunities to optimise contract delivery, implement best practices, and drive operational excellence across the board.
  • Help develop and manage frameworks for internal compliance such as BWOF’s, fleet requirements and assistance with permits
  • Work collaboratively across teams to ensure that every project and service runs efficiently, from inception through to completion.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A proven track record in managing contract performance and delivering exceptional operational outcomes, ideally in a fast-paced environment like facilities management or logistics.
  • Stellar communication and relationship-building skills – you’ll need to be confident liaising with both clients and internal teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong experience with KPI management, reporting processes, and producing detailed reports for clients.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and the ability to think strategically to enhance service delivery.
  • An energetic, solution-oriented mindset that thrives in dynamic environments.
