What we’re looking for

An enthusiastic person with trades experience and a can-do attitude to help our Trades team deliver a variety of trades work as directed by work requests and scheduled maintenance plans.

This role will help you learn valuable skills that will last a lifetime, and you'll learn from a skilled team of professionals.

We are keen to train you to be a productive and valued member of our team, so if you don’t have any industry experience that’s ok as we can provide training and looking for the right team fit.

The Trades Assistant role is based at our customer’s site in Waitara.

The work will include:

  • Assisting our Trades Team with general small repairs and maintenance.
  • Garden, lawn and grounds maintenance (weeding, spraying, planting, pruning, leaf blowing etc).
  • Furniture assembly, disassembly and relocations.
  • General labouring duties around our customer’s site.

To be successful in this role you:

  • Have the ability or experience to undertake trade-related maintenance
  • Full Drivers Licence A class 1 (car license) is essential.
  • A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and can-do attitude.
  • Self-motivated and driven towards successful outcomes.
  • Be physically fit and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to Health and Safety for yourself and others.
